Is kickboxing the same as Muay Thai?
No. Our kickboxing program is a non-contact fitness class focused on cardio and conditioning. Our Muay Thai program teaches authentic striking technique, clinch work, and includes optional sparring.
I'm out of shape — can I still do this?
Yes. Our coaches modify exercises for all fitness levels. You go at your own pace, and every class is designed so beginners and regulars can train side by side.
How often should I come?
For best results, two to three classes per week. But even once a week will make a noticeable difference.
